A complex blend of citrus, grape varieties and vintages produces a fresh, golden yellow wine with an abundance of bubbles. The nose is dominated by lemon and grapefruit, combined with white peaches, apricots, tart apples and hints of vanilla and caramel. On the palate the bubbles are rich and the wine subtly balanced with an intense, long finish.
